i have 97'hunter 376 with smelly drinking water {smells like rotten eggs}i have already emptied and refilled using water purfier!still smells,what can i do to remady this?

The symptom you describe sounds just like a bad water heater core which can also effect the cold side. One easy thing you can try to detect if this is the source is simply bypass it and test.
The other likely cause is from stagnant water left in the lines which can only be eliminated by shocking both the tank(s) and lines with bleach or peroxide (prefered) if the tank(s) are aluminum.

I have a 1984 Hunter 31 I just bought - I apologize for this dumb question but- another boater and I walked ALL around the boat today - for the life of us, we couldn't find WHERE you fill the boat with water! I easily see the diesel and waste areas - but not the water. We looked everywhere. The owner took th emanual with him when he cleaned the boat, so I'm a little lost on a few details right now! If someone could give me a heads up - I'd sure appreciate it!

On my H34...
I have a two water tanks. One is in the port side settee with a deck fill on the port deck near the shroud plates. My second tank is in the stern and the deck fill is under the teak step plate at the swim latter. This may be where your missing water tank deck fill is located too.

It is located.....
under the helm seat. Lift up the lazerette lid on which you sit at the helm, and look around on the floor of the storage compartment. This is where my 84 H31 water fill was located.
