I have a cal 27. There is either a bilge smell or a toilet smell that I am having trouble getting rid of. I cleaned the bilge and put fresh chemical in the toilet, but the smell persists. My boat has tank under the seats. Do I have to move waste form one tank to another and then pump it out? Could it be a hose smell? I purchased the boat used this summer. Any advice would be helpful.
