Small Plate in Mast

Don't know the proper "name" but would like a spare of the plate you insert after you put the mainsail on to keep the cars from popping out. Have stripped the one we have and have re-tapped it, but it really needs to be replaced, or at the very least I need a spare. Anyone out there have the same problem?
