Can someone help me find a small microwave that will fit nicely under the companion way stairs or on the shelf above the ice box? Thanks, George

Any department store that sells appliances usually has a selection of microwaves that are +/- 1 sqft. Make your measurements on the boat and figure how you would anchor it. Then take the measurements to the store. Remember that you have to have a nearby power source. And unless you have a large enough capacity inverter on board, don't plan on using it when away from a power source.

Toaster Over
The wife and I just completed our toaster oven project this weekend. I guess that you could do the same thing with a micro wave. We selected a Rival toaster that had a curved housing and fit the space above the sink like a glove

Tested with hot pockets
George, we tested the oven with a hot pockets and cinimon rolls. Did a great job! We just use our stove for the coffee.
