I've lots of small little bumps at around waterlines. What is it? Should I be concerned?

thats surface blisters in the gelcoat just keep an eye on them from time to time i had them on a glastron power boat back in the 70's they never got any bigger so i just let it be something to do with the makeup of the gel coat

That's it. we had them on a Paceship 26. Same story as woodster.
