Small anchor roller wheels? Anybody know what these are?

Want to replace the roller wheels, but can't seem to find anything similar anywhere. I don't know the mfg of the whole piece (i didn't know it was going to be so difficult to find). The wheel itself is about 1-7/8 wide and only about 1-1/4" in diameter.
One is frozen and cracked. The other looks like it will disintegrate if I use it.

failing to find what you want from any of the above suggestions, do a google search for "plastics" in your area. then call them and find out the name of who does plastic machining in your area.... then have new ones turned/made, out of better stuff than the originals apparently were...

Catalina Direct has them (I got two a few years ago, but they're black and much better than the old plastic white ones).

We call those our "toy anchor rollers" but they work just fine because the bows aren't plumb. In many cases, our skippers prefer them over the longer moment arm of the extended rollers. I know I do, and Steve does, too - see Reply #4, here:

Perfect! Thanks!
I did a search and didn't find small ones, but I always forget to search the catalinadirect site. Thanks...ordering now.
