I have an Oday 23 with a small leak about one bucket ok water per week If I don't take the boat out of the water what products can I use to slow or stop the leak while the boat is in the water???

Where from?????
Do you have any idea where the leak might be? Is it a topside or hull leak? Best bet is to find out where the hell the leak(s) are coming from: thru-hull drains, thru-hull for instrument transducers, bolts holding rudder pintles etc.... Otherwise, your leak may very well be coming from rainwater: rubrail screws, anchor-locker drain hose/fitting, cockpit drain fitting, portlights etc. Without knowing from whence the leaks come, there's no use using any product(s) since you don't know where to apply it/them.

It is salt water, when I remove the storage bins on the right hand side of the boat below the sink , that bin, and look to the right there is a ridge or channel that is running forward the slow trickel is comming from there , I dont know if it is runnung in the channel and comming from a point forward or comming from the exact spot of the water. could it be running up from the keel , this spot is close to the back of the keel if not on it.

As everyone seems to agree, you must find the exact spot of the leak and not attempt a blind fix. A “bucket a week” of salt water is fairly significant. I had a "slow leak" for 3 months that baffled me. It only happened while sailing but not while the boat was sitting at the dock. Finally, a hose on a thru hole fitting broke (it was only under water when the boat had weight and under sail). The "slow leak" turned into 2 feet of water in the cabin in a hurry. Moral of the story, find the leak before it turns into a really big problem.
