We have just put SKYLARK on the hard for the winter. I noticed when I winterized the hot water heater that its drain was above the bottom of the tank. Should this present a problem over the winter. I left the valve open, if this is not enough should I add an fresh water antifreeze to the tank? If you know of anyone interested in a lightly used, continuously upgraded P-36 by its second owner tell them about this post. Sonny

Deck

No it is a Tredmaster deck that I put on years ago. It sealed the deck with a non skid surface. I didn't want to go through the trouble of redoing the deck surface with jsut paint and sand. The orginal deck was a non skid pale blue color. Sonny

Not Sure but not likely...

While we are a little further South of you, we do not use antifreeze in the hot water heater any longer without any problems. See our website http://www.sailingseadragon.com Then go to "Projects" then "Winterizing Sea Dragon" Nice looking boat Good Luck Garner
