Two Cleats?
I have a 26S but I think that the best set up would probably be running a tow rope that connects around the area of the two stern cletes. The way the stern of the 26X is set up it's going to be very difficult to hook up a single center mounted tow line. Also, if you have to tow line connected to both sides you'll get a lot more solid tow.
