Hey everyone! I am looking at a 1979 hunter 30 and I noticed the end of the skeg moves a little. I don’t know if that’s common or if it will need to be totally rebuilt or just reinforce. Thanks so much!!

Removal of skeg on 81 H-30
Just curious, has anyone removed the skeg and had just the rudder by itself? Is this possible, or does the rudder need the support of the skeg ?

Rudder Repair - 1978 30' Hunter
I'm in need of some repair to my rudder. There seems to be some up and down slack and fresh shiny metal exposed. What do I need to do to fix this up? Thanks in advance
