Skeg Rudders and Shoal Draft?

What years where skeg hung rudders available in the 30 footers? Were they also offered with shoal draft and a skeg hung rudder? Coastal North Carolina is littered with shoal water. I seem to prefer the more traditional style of the early models. I/we eventually plan to cruise the ICW and Bahamas. Also, where can I go to view layout plans/views and info for the Hunter 30?
