Sikkens Cetol stain removal

OK, I was careless and spilled some cetol on the white fiberglass deck, I cleaned most all the excess, and a lot of the stain, but there is still a rather large 2 foot square stain I can't remove, any ideas?

Work your way up to the most aggressive to minimize further damage: Try prying it off with a razor blade/awl etc. if possible. Then try Mineral Spirits which should dissolve it slowly. Acetone is next and will dissolve it. Clean the deck after using either of these. Last, try sanding it off.

It sounds like it has soaked into the gelcoat. I will probably have to sand it off or use acetone to dissolve it off.
