My shurflo smart sensor 5.7 developed a problem recently due to a leak and the pump was running dry for a long time. I fixed the leak and hooked all back up. The pump runs but sometimes does not shut off ...like it is trying to build pressure but can't... sometimes it does shut off. Apparently they don't offer this model anymore but they do offer parts which is a drive assembly or a valve assembly. Don't know which to get but since I hear it running maybe I should try the valve assembly? Both parts not cheap. Any experience with this pump? Or did you find a replacement pump?
