Figured this might be the fastest way to get some information. I have bent turnbuckles on my 1993 h23.5 and am not risking another year with them. does anyone know when ordering what size, diameter, length I need to get ? they are the two on port side and two on starboard , attatches to shroud lines , thanks for any help

Do you not know the size of the wire on your shrouds? That is what dictates the stud size and thus the turnbuckle size. Someone here will know. My own 37 uses 1/4". I would guess 1/8" for yours but it might be 3/32". I know my friend's 28.5 is 5/32".

I got the standing rigging specs for my H23 from Hunter. The 23 happens to use 5/32 1X19 wire as well.

It's 5/32 cable. I'm pretty sure the turnbuckles are 1/4". I just took one of mine down to my local sailing shop and matched it up. They had them in stock. Make sure you get the right thread. I seem to remember them coming in either right or left hand thread.

You can order the toggle jaws (the part that bends) here:
