shroud tension

Could somebody advise me on the shroudtension on a Capri 25 set up for racing?

Using a Loos guage, we have been using around 42 on the mast head, 35 to 37 forward lowers, and 32-34 aft. The primaryadjustment for wind strength is the forward lower --more turns toput greater bend in the mast for lots of wind, fewer turns topower up mast for less wind
