The floor of the head will not drain - we are having trouble determining WHERE it drains so that we can check for a clog - anybody know?

Have you tried turning on the sump pump? There should be a switch on the side of the vanity.

You don't say what year and model your boat is.

This happened with our Hunter 41. The Jabsco sump pump has a filter on it. Unscrew the round filter casing and remove the mesh screen. Clean it off and re-install. The drain will work fine after that.
