I think it's the same as...
...the setup on the H31. The drain hole is not a hose; it's just a hole in the liner. When you stick a prod in the hole it is hitting a structural tab that runs athwartships under (and to support) the compression post setup. The water actually drains to either side of the tab, through a hole in the tab, into the hull, thru another hole in the liner (supposedly), and into the lower bilge for removal overboard. Well, as you may know, not everything works as designed. What you can do is push your prod in sideways in the hole. I recommend you get a gas mask or other such breathing apparatus as what you will pull out of the hole is rather disgusting. You can also use some K.O. and at last resort bleach or other bilge cleaner to break the stuff up and eventually get it to the bilge. I found on my boat, the only way to get the "gak" (new word describing total grossness) out of the hull is a shop vac put next to the hole in the liner in the bilge compartment. Step by step:1. Insert K.O. or other cleaner2. Let sit as directed or a couple of hours if not directed.3. Fill bilge up with fresh water to just under the cabin sole. (Remove the fuse from the auto bilge pump fuse holder on the DC panel.)4. Let sit about 10 minutes. If you're really brave, you can gently swish the bilge water around by rocking the boat back and forth but not so much to splash tons of water onto your cabin sole.5. Put fuse back in auto pump fuse holder.6. Let bilge pump dry as possible.7. Vacuum water from in between liner and hull via hole in liner. (This is the gross step.)8. Heel boat back and forth to get trapped water into the bilge or at least next to the hole in the liner.9. Repeat steps 1-8 until the water you vacuum out is clean and free from "gak".(Took four times on my boat.)10. Don't use the shower unless you install a sump pump.Good luck.
