Are there any special features that, on reflection, you wish you would have included in your Hunter to improve sailing, comfort, service or use; or which you would exclude if you were purchasing a Hunter all over again. Thanks.

More batteries and a little heat
pretty silly that the H36 only came with one 27 battery. He tried to discourage me adding more untill after delivery. Well, since then I have added 4-27 batteries. I also installed a diesel heater. I would have regreted adding a diesel generator and water maker since I am never out of port for more than 5 days....hard to justify the cost. abe

electric windlass
It did not occur to me until after I hauled up my CQR with 40 feet of chainplus rode that a windlass would make me much more willing to go short trips on short notice... Even sailing close to home dealing with heavy ground tackle is a deterrent to some overnight stops... Sanders 37 cutter
