Unless you have lots of $$$
do it yourself. You have a long winter ahead to read and study. There are lots of good books on marine wiring available, and there are free pamphlets at the big WET box stores. After you have studied it well, wander through the big WET box stores and shop for the panel, tinned wiring and on-board shore power outlet. You can get the devices, rough boxes, etc. at one of the big DRY box stores. When I installed the panel in my boat, the folks at WM and BoatUS were very helpful, especially since I did all my planning and purchasing when it was cold, damp and wintery outside and very quiet inside the big WET box stores. The associates were available to chat and there was always someone there who could talk sensibly about on-board electrics.Good luck,Tom
