GFI
Ben -Since you're going to get to do this from the ground up (no pun intended) you get to make sure its done right. Make sure every circuit has a GFI in it. I had a rescue call recently to a man standing on a fibreglass ladder, in a basement filled with 6 inches of water, who dropped a power tool into the water while attempting to fix whatever was leaking. His wife called us to get him out of there because he was afraid stepping into the water would electocute him. He explained the ladder was conductive enough that if the water was charged, he would already be shocked, then pointed out the GFI that may have saved him a lot of grief.Justin - O'day Owners' Web
