I'm contemplating shipping my 373 Beneteau north to Lake Erie for the summer or taking her up myself via the Hudson/Erie. I'm looking for recommendations on road transportation and/or cradle set up for the mast.

Make sure the truck has a mast rack that enables the mast to be carried off the boat and use 2 x 4s to splint & support the furler foils & drum to prevent bending of the foils. Bubble wrap the mast & keep shrouds / stays outside the wrap to prevent damage to anodized surface of mast.
