I replaced the impeller with an OEM 09000Kit. The O-ring they supplied in the kit was too thin to be effective, the old one was still ok, so I reused it. The old impeller was stiff and the veins were starting to crack. I'm guessing a couple of hundred hours on it. A small amount of oil was on the other side of the plate, I assume this is normal.
