Sheet to tiller is great. I've steered with it for up to three days at a time offshore, and all across Mississippi Sound. I use surgical tubing - don't bother with shock cord.
Video taken in open Gulf of Mexico on passage to Florida. A friend of my step son wrote and composed the music
Second one in Mississippi sound.. Both videos are quite short
