Sheaves inboom

Anyone know of a source for replacement sheaves? Looking for in-boom sheaves used for reefing and outhaul lines on 2004 Beneteau 423. Boom is US Spars, but nothing comes up on there web site. Also tried Schafer and Ronstan (found something close).
Dimensions are: 2 3/8" o.d., 1/4" i.d., 9/16" wide. Lines are 10 mm max.

For starters you can call Beneteau. They may refer you to the spar maker (who is hopefully still in business).

Another option is to check the sizes and see if McMaster-Carr has an equivalent, off the shelf sheave you could use.

US Spars website has a comprehensive catalog. There should be a tag on your mast and on the boom that give a spar number. The site has exploded view drawings of all the components and numbers.

If you have not already found replacements, check the RigRite site. I have been able to get replacements there relatively inexpensively. Aluminum sheaves are better, but of course, more costly. FWIW...
