They've just upgraded our local quake to 7.0, but besides some broken glass, our people, offices, and web sites are OK and functioning normally. Well, except for a few slightly damp chairs... :) I grew up in California and it's the worst one I've been in! ph.

Pretty mild here in Portland

Glad you guys are ok! It was quite rumbly down here as well but not near what you got. Cracks in some concrete kind of stuff. What's so funny is that I was on the phone with a client (surprisingly, I do have a day job!) when it started. I ever so calmly asked her if I could call her back as we were having an earthquake. When I finally did call back she was just sure I'd fallen into some crevass! What a wild ride! LaDonna

Glad You're OK

Glad all of you are OK. Went through the '89 Loma Prieta quake here in San Francisco. Not something I'd like to repeat but probably don't have much choice. Rodney Kidd C-38 #297, Flying Bear

Rumbles on the Canadian side

It rattled lots of building in Victoria but no damage to speak of. No doubt one of these days we'll wake up to water front property in Alberta somewhere! Glad to hear you're all ok.
