I have a 290. I need to replace the packing for the box. My engine is the Yammar 2GM20. Anybody know what diameter I need to buy?

Square Flax Packing

I have not changed my stuffing box packing yeton my 2001 290 but the manual has 3/16(5mm) square flax packing listed and 1" shaft.Also look in archives(12/19/04 stuffing box will help you. nick
