I have installed a Raritan Managerm sewage treatment system and I'm having a terrible time with the smell and getting very frustrated. I have done everything that has been suggested to me but now I need new ideas. The head mistress I believe used to work for Raritan so I'm hoping that herself or someone on this forum can help me

While I'm no Raritan expert, I've a lot of years in waste treatment and boats.

Could you start by explaining where the smell originates (toilet, primary vent, secondary vent, location of vents), whether you flush with seawater or fresh, and what chemicals you use with the system. Also any trouble shooting you've done; is the air pump working, is the sanitation system working....

Most probably some part of the aeration system has failed. Until repaired it is NOT a type II system and will require pump-outs.

It's not a simple system, so we need information.

I installed this system 2 years ago and have had trouble since, not long after startup the smell started and it is coming from the 3 - 1.5 " and 1 -1" vent depending on wind direction which vents smell if no wind it seems to be all. I've pumped out and flushed the system so many times and restarted the system by every word in the manual. The air pump seems to work fine it bubbles away 24-7. As per the manual I use Raritan K.O. Diligently on their time schedule. I'm not sure how I would check to make sure I'm getting proper aeration ? Also one thought I always wonder if there is enough water flow through the system? I have 2 macerating electric toilets which do not use a lot of water. Thanks for help
