Servicing Jabsco Quiet Flush

We have a 37045 model on our Hunter 39.
There is a small leak from below the motor so I guess the shaft seal needs replacing after only two years.
Has anyone installed the service kit, seal and o-ring.
Will I have to take out the toilet bowl or can I do this by removing the motor from the toilet body?
Anu suggestions would be appreciated.

Most likely it is the shaft seal as we experience the same problem. Just remove motor from toilet body and replace shaft seal. Pretty simple fix.
