Service/owners manual h23.5

Im a new owner of a 1996 hunter 23.5 and am in need of an owners manual. Since this is my first water ballast sailboat, i need some infomation on the operation of the water ballast, here goes: are the two inlet holes at the bottom of the hull , (behind the keel )controlled by seacocks?. How much water do i let into the hull? is there a specific fill level mark i should find or is this somehow self regulating?? Any info in this boat would be greatly appreciated. I had hoped to download the service manual from the hunter marine website but couldnt find the link if there is one thanks

Under bottom stair is a large wing nut and plug.open nut and plug at launch,water ballast will fill.After close nut and replace plug.No adjustment on water level.At retrieval with boat on trailer open nut emptying ballast.I leave mine part open so no chance of freezing up north.If you cant find manual,Ill be glad to copy mine and send to you.I see on your Bio you had a C 20 ,still have mine .Its a 78 one owner.Great boat.
