Sense 'Dock and Go

I have a 2011 Beneteau Sense which I have to say is superb. However, it has a Dock and Go mooring system.
Can anyone recommend a service agent in the Alicante area of Spain as the system cut out during its last use. It is produced by ZF Gmbh of Germany.

Hi Peter,
We have a 2012 Oceanis 50 with Dock & Go and were contacted by the Beneteau dealer earlier this year to advise Beneteau we doing an upgrade of the system. Our boat like yours is out of warranty, but the technician visited us, and spent a full day on board. He installed new wiring harness with power switching relay, new engine control throttle/gear lever, new Dock & Go control 'joystick', plus other bits and pieces. We were most impressed with this service from Beneteau to ensure people with the earlier units had their system updated. The entire service was free, so I suggest you get in touch with your dealer, or Beneteau direct to see what can be arranged for you.
