Self steering wind vane

Hello everyone, I'm pretty new to this. Is anyone using a
Hydrovane for self steering? Is there something unsuitable
about it?

It is very big for a Vega but will do the job. Look at The Navik, almost
tailor-made for the Vega

I have installed a Pacific Light last year on my vega and went on for 3500 miles single handed....no doubt this was the best investment you could ever make...and it was the most afforable back then. Great support directly from the manufacturer and great customer support while underway.

I dont know how I could have undertake that sailing adventure without it....
