Has anybody tried to fit a Simrad WP 32 to their MacGregor 26, and if so was it easy to fit and how did it perform?David.

I have a Raymarine Auto tiller on my 26D, and I wouldn't be without it. I singlehand almost exclusively

Thanks for that Mel. I have had the Raymaster peole round to my boat but after three visits I still can't get a quote from them so lost interest.How long have you had the Macgregor? Interesting to see you are happy with the gear because I thought the boat might be a bit small for it.Have you seen the Simrad?David.

Yes, Raymarine on 26D

We have a Raymarine on our 1988 26D and its the best money we've spent so far. Works perfectly. Wouldn't be without it.

This site has a picture of the one we bought. We also needed an extension. That was extra. Can't remember how much the extension cost. Got the site opened Isabelle but it shows a ST 1000 tiller model. Does your 26D have a tiller? My boat has a wheeel and I can't see how this Raymarine model will fit on a wheel. If you have done that can you send a picture to dgashcroft@eim.ae?David.
