Trip time estimate?

As I only have day sailing and club racing experence, and have not cruised nor have I sailed more than a half days journey from the slip. My question is what would be the estimated travel time to sail from Washngtion Sailing Marina ( next to Reagan National Airport )down the Potomac to the bay and then up to Haven Harbor Marina ( the rendevous point ). I will be singlehanding a Seidelman 25.

D.C. Sailor. Just get out your charts

and your dividers and set your dividers for one mile and "walk" them down the river and up the bay. Allow that you can do 4 knots. The Potomac swings way to the south before it hits the bay. So while it is only about fifty miles the way a crow flies, if the crow has to swim it is a lot farther.

D.C. Sailor, I just pulled my chartbook

and I get a direct sail, no stops distance of about 170 nautical miles. You probably need to add 30 percent for port calls.

Don't sail Drive and visit

DC to Rock Hall by sail is at least the 170miles posted. Why not just drive over to Rock Hall and sprnd the day visiting with us.
