Seguin Race

Would like to invite all to the Southport Yacht Club Seguin Race. It's a lot of fun for both the serious and not-so-very-serious-at-all racers. There is a cruising division and the Challenger 38 has a prfh (?) rating and Bud Hawley here on the island can set you up. Needless to say MUSKRAT will be in the latter division!

It's July 22 & 23 on the Sheepscot River with the bulk of the activities at Boothbay Region Boatyard. Sat. night there is a cookout and band at the yard. They have mooring available & we provide launch service for the crews. We have two large (14,000#) mooring in Ebeneecook for our tugs which usually have a float hanging off them for boats to lay alongside (the steel ball is a little rough on the topsides!).

Usually 2 races Saturday and one/rwo on Sunday. You can go to http://www.southportyachtclub.org for more info. Or call Cindy or I (Jon) at 207-633-4268.
