Seeking Internet ISP for Caribbean

We will be cruising the Leeward and Windward Islands. We are looking for an ISP with broad coverage in this area and thus many LOCAL access phone numbers (or an 800 #)to keep telephone connection charges low. We paln to take our laptop ashore, plug-in and dial up Internet access. Any suggestions ?

...that I have have been cruising the southern Caribbean for a couple of years and have a compuserve address. They seem to be having good availability.
