I'm thinking about putting a roller furler on my '76 Hunter 30. Does anyone know where I might get a good one, at less than full retail?

Do you have a budget in mind. If you want to go with the low end you can get a CDI unit. If you want a higher end unit that you can probably install yourself, you may want to look at the SpinTec unit. I think that they are sold on this site. Zero maintenance & a lifetime warranty.
There are a lot of other choices out their but you may need a professional installer.
Harken, Shaffer, Pro Furl etc.

I was amazed to pick up a new harken cruising unit 1 furler at the boat show in hfx for a 1200 and change.This in in canadian dough so you should be able to do better south of the border.To me this is cheap.This is the furler that will fit your boat.
