Secondary Winches on an Oceanis 393

Does anyone have experience in installing secondary winches on a Beneteau 393?

I'd like to install secondary (spinnaker sheet) winches on the coaming of my Beneteau 393. One option I am considering is upgrading the Lewmar 48 primaries and moving the existing primary winches to the secondary winch location. Photos and advice are greatly appreciated. Any thoughts?

Check the Beneteau Owners Website for "Owner Modifications" under Beneteau 352. An owner of a 352 who sails in the Great Lakes did this mod on his 352 to add primary winches on the coaming. He is an engineer and posted extensive photos, plus a diagram of the brackets he had made. I have a 352 and did the same mod and it works to perfection. Extend his idea to a 393 and it may well be the answer.
