Sandy & I are planning to go south via the ICW for the winter. Bahamas coral is said to wreak havock with rope anchor rodes so I'll add a bunch of chain. To do so I have to get the Danforth out of the anchor locker. Since I have a Bruce on the original bow roller and I want to be able to set either the Bruce or Danforth I wanted a second roller. I'll store the Danforth on the bow pulpit in a clip but needed to figure out how to add another roller. I ended up grinding a 2 1/4 inch wide slot in the aluminum casting to port of the forestay attachment and bolting in a WindLine AR3 (about $70 from West/Boat US).
