Searching for a temporary resting place

Anybody know of a reasonable "cheap" place to leave a boat sit a couple weeks inbetween Ft. Lauderdale and say, Ft. Pierce?

Doug, there are public storage yards

almost everywhere. just google "public storage ft lauderdale" and see what comes up.

In the water?

Time was when the public was permitted to anchor north of Peanut Island at Lake Worth Inlet (AKA Palm Beach Inlet). Shouldn't have changed, but then they are making things tougher for cruisers in FL.
