Most dodgers are custom fit

Everyone whom I have discussed this with has said that using a pattern is a lot more work than just fitting it in place. It tends to be a cutthroat business. Most of these guys are very competitive and I would keep that in mind when shopping around. Some of them even walk the docks to see who is "copying" their ideas and then try to sue their competitors. If you are in Kingston Washington, check out the link for a great product. The company is on Vancouver Island in that big strange country to the north. Their product will still be under warranty when your fabric one is in tatters. It does not cost much more to do it right.

Not sure these dodgers are a deal.

I am not sure that these off the shelf dodgers are really a deal. When you start figuring in all of the things that they consider "options", the price get up there quickly. Note that their standard package is for an aluminum frame, not stainless. I think that the HOW site quit selling these things because of all the minor problems.

Make your own

You say (I think) that you have the frame already. What makes you think it is a standard setup. It may or may not be. Your best bet is to have someone make one for you or build one yourself. The cost of building one yourself is about 1/2 and you get all the extras where YOU want them. There are lots of books on the subject and all you really need is a standard sewing machine (I use the admarals). I found that once I get the design part done it only takes a few hours to sew one up. Since this would be your first "project" I'd recommend not skipping the pre-fitting step once you have all the major pieces sewn together. This is the same as tailoring a dress/suit. This really makes your final product "look professional". Once you "get the bug" you will be thinking about sheet bags, weather cloths, winch covers,... the list is endless.
