I have an HHH error flashing on my AC thermostats and the manual says to check the strainers and seacocks. Trouble is, the place that the manual says they are is just solid decksole and there aren't any things that look likely anywhere around there or next to the AC units. It's a 1999 Hunter P420.

The unit has water cooling I presume, some are air cooled so check that first. If water cooled there will be a rather largeish metal tube that has hoses attached to it probably doing a u_turn around the top of the compressor. That is the cooling coil that the raw water runs through. follow the tubes to the inlet and outlet thru hulls. There will be a pump between the compressor and the inlet.
The easy thing to do is check the outlet, is there "sufficient" water coming out? if so the raw water circuit is OK and you need to check the next thing on the troubleshooting list.
