I have just bought a new Johnson F4B-903 Sea Water pump for my Jeaneau 34'Sun Odyssey 1997. My question is: I had to pay £288.00 Stirling for it. Have I been ripped of? When I can buy a washing machine or T.V. for less, it certainly feels as if I have? This was purchased from England. The delivery was £24.00 extra. I would be interested if any where else is cheaper!

In a word Yes

The pump complete sells for about 150.00 U.S. YOu paid over 500.00 U.S dollars for the pump. I will sell you all you want for 300.00 including shipping :>. Me thinks I would look around some more. Could it be that much with VAT, Import tax etc? Fair Winds Cap'n Dave
