Is anyone familiar with a Sea Power Generator 3 GM-T Main Engine Driven Generator system? Is this actually a generator or simply helps power an AC system?

Just kidding but I do have one of the first ones with the ESL bracket. What is your question? I have had one for about ten years. They were an excellent idea at the time but now I'm not so sure. Yes it a generator, and if yours is like mine it is a 5kw pure sine wave. It will run your A/C and microwave and a number of other things off the aux. engine.
