Sea Fire Engine Shut off - Hunter 426DS

I had a Sea Fire unit fitted from new (2003). I had to replace the relay unit (located behind the cockpit engine control panel) but cannot find any wiring coming from the engine - only the 2 wires from the engine compartment fire extinguisher; therefore no engine shut off. Sea Fire have not been able to help despite supplying new unit. Can anyone help?

If it is a diesel engine, it just puts out the fire, no ignition to kill. I know that mine is wired soley to the extinguisher.
