screw holes

Hi, Would you please tell me the best way to repair 3 #8 screw holes in a solid part of the coaming near the stern of my 1991 Hunter 30. There used to be a flag pole socket there, but it has been moved to a rail mount. Thanks Hank

Then use a fine greit (220) sandpaper to even the surface.
