I have a 1986 O Day 28 and will be having a Schaefer1100 Genoa Furler installed. I am concerned about the clearance of the drum from the deck. Since the O Day 28 has a single Bow Cleat I want to make sure that I have the furler drum high enough not to cause any interference with the cleat or use of the bow anchor roller.
Does another O Day 28 owner have a Schaefer 1100 Furler Installed on their boat? If so was the Schaefer 1100 supplied Toggle Link adequate for all clearances
