I've gotten into brewing beer and smoking meats, and now I'm thinking I'd like to make sausage. Would love to chat with folks who do it!

LOL.. some soaps use lard .. but it doesn't smell too much like bacon.
I have made some citronella oil soap to kinda keep the mosquitoes at bay..

I've made my own corned beef and pastrami. Pickled a big brisket for 10 days once, was great!

It will be a pulled pork Sunday. Sending leftovers home with my grandsons friend who are just starting out and spreading their wings.

Saving scraps for beef snack sticks. That will be fun.
