Want to thank all you San Fran Bay sailors for providing a great day of sailing on Sunday. Fleet weekend was just fun. Amazing how many sailboats were out, not so much power boats. Some people were saying how many boats were missing - a small crowd. Looked like a lot of boats to me...

My friends Gary Hall, owner of the boat and Chip Rowland and I were out having a great time. Winds were blowin and we were sailing. Went over and looked at the Maltese Falcon and then we hung out by "Harding Rock" and watched the airshow.

Nice photos Jim. So did you see the scar on the side of the MF? Did the photographer go out at night and scuff the hull to confirm his doctored photos?

I just read your bio. What lakes in ME have you sailed? I have a camp on Long Pond in Belgrade Lakes. Wonderful place.

Hi Tim

Saw the photographer out there on the side of the Maltese touching up things. Hard to see in the pictures but you could see were "Stand By" made the hit.

Was a sailing instructor at Camp Belgrade, either canoed or sailed all of the Belgrade lakes, Rangely Lakes, Sebago one time another. Sailed Casco Bay every chance I got until moving to Buffalo then Wash,DC.
