I am in the Sailing Committee of the Gatineau River Yacht Club, Quebec. We have a fleet of Sandpipers plus many others that we race regularly using the Portsmouth Yardstick Number system for corrected times. We currently use a Portsmouth Number of 113 for our Sandpipers. Is this correct? Would appreciate any information on this? David Newing
