San Juan 26 rudder

Can't tell
Looking on sailboat data.com I can't tell if the 26 rudder is transom hung. There is a photo posted instead of a line drawing. Initially I would say no but a closer look and I think I see a wake from it. Then again it looks like the tiller comes up from the cockpit deck and not over the transom.
Foss foam is a source for rudders.
